Child Care Network is a nonprofit organization that helps families:

  • Find quality child care
  • Learn about child care options
  • Access child care scholarships and help paying for care
  • Connect with Great Start to Quality resources
  • Support families experiencing homelessness or a temporary crisis
  • Access resources and guidance related to early childhood care and education

Family Support Program: Child Care Network may provide child care scholarships for low- to moderate-income families and families experiencing homelessness or a life crisis so parents can maintain employment or continue education/training. Funding is limited and scholarships are first come, first served.

The Washtenaw County Quality Preschool Partnership is a collaboration of local school districts and community-based providers offering free, high-quality preschool throughout Washtenaw County, including the state-funded Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) and federally funded Head Start programs.

Families with children ages 3–5 can complete one preschool interest/application process through Help Me Grow Washtenaw to determine eligibility and be connected with available programs in their community.
