Care Solace
When you or your child needs help, it’s hard to know where to turn. In an effort to ease the burden of finding the mental health and substance use services you need, WISD has partnered with Care Solace, a confidential care hub. Care Solace can help you quickly find treatment options matched to your needs regardless of the circumstance. It is a complimentary and confidential service provided to students, staff, and their families by WISD. Care Solace’s team is available 24/7/365 and can support you in any language. They will connect you with providers accepting all medical insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale options for those without insurance.
You can access Care Solace services in three ways:
- Call 888-515-0595 anytime and a dedicated Care Companion will help you every step of the way to research options, secure appointments, and follow up with you to make sure your provider is a good fit.
- Visit www.caresolace.com/washtenawisd and click “Search Providers” to anonymously review provider options.
- Contact your school mental health professional, and they will submit a referral on your behalf.
*Care Solace is not an emergency response service or mental health services provider.
If you have resources to add to this page, please send an email to Shannon Novara.
