*Current Photo ID of every adult in the household
*Proof of Washtenaw County Residency (lease or mortgage statement)
*Proof of each dependent in the household (birth certificate AND one of the following: social security card; school records; guardianship papers; insurance cards; updated shot records; mail with dependent's name)

This Holiday Season to Provide more than 1,200 families and individuals within Detroit, Inkster, and Ypsilanti Michigan with Holiday Gift Boxes. Aid in Milan: 734-439-8420. Thanksgiving and Christmas programs are available for Milan Area School District residents and residents of the 48160 zip code, who have income at or below 150% of the poverty level.

Saline Social Service: (734) 429 – 4570 or email  .Households in need must either live in the Saline area school district, have children attending Saline schools, or work in the city of Saline and have income at or below 185% of the federal poverty level. Deadlines for the programs are as follows:

    • December Holiday Meals: November 30
    • Extra Holiday Toys: November 30 (For those who missed Adopt a Family)

 

Community Action Network Holiday wish list eligibility information: CAN wishlist Form Eligible families either live and/or participate in CAN's programs related to the following communities: Arrowwood, Bryant, Creekside Court, Hikone, Green Baxter Court, Brick. Completing this form does not guarantee that CAN will be able to provide your family with holiday gifts, though CAN does its best to match you and your child or children's preferences with potential donors. Each gift must be valued at $25 or less. When listing a clothing item, please include the expected size of the child in mid-December. Due to funding and resource limitations, participation is limited to specific CAN service areas and neighborhoods.
