Discipline & Special Education: Navigating Requirements
Compliant Discipline Practices
This training will provide guidance on disciplining students who receive special education services, including IDEA and MARSE requirements for removals, changes of placement, MDRs, procedural safeguards, services, and documentation. Participants will gain practical strategies for applying compliant and consistent disciplinary practices.
